Vanessa Roarty Vanessa has spent that last decade working on a range of whole of government online service programs, mostly from within the Department of Finance and usually from a business or user experience perspective. More recently, she has focussed on bringing a service design approach to the ongoing enhancement of australia.gov.au and am currently working on the planning stage of the Australian Government’s new Digital Transformation Office.
