JZ UX/UI Design Lead, Offerpop @initialsjz JZ is UX/UI Design Lead at Offerpop, a 200-person social media company in NYC. Pronounced Jay-Z, JZ are authentically the initials of her name. Currently working on a sweepstakes CMS and a big data product, she has successfully added research to product planning processes, and released user-centered designs. She comes from an anthropology, research, consumer insights, art therapy, and fine art background, and received her BA from Stanford University.
