Jessica Peterson Director of User Experience, GoHealth @jessability Jessica Peterson, Ph.D. is a customer experience and product strategist with a deep understanding of consumer behavior. At GoHealth, she creates digital experiences that make complex decision-making easier for America's uninsured. She is passionate about supporting women in technology and increasing diversity in the field. She co-organizes ChiDUXX, a professional networking organization for Chicago women in UX.
