						Mark has been at R/GA London for two years, primarily as the lead XD for mobile telco O2 and it's loyalty program, Priority. During his time as lead experience designer the platform has grown to  include a responsive web solution, plus native Android, Windows Phone and iOS applications serving millions of users. 
Mark has experience designing native apps for handheld devices as well as responsive sites. Wireframing, site mapping, user flows and user stories, user profiles and lean UX methodology as being key tools in his everyday work.
Having started his career a decade ago as a Digital Designer for a creative agency based in London, Mark has worked on a broad range of projects, with a portfolio that includes clients such as Orange, Adidas, Amazon and Tesco.
